But i've captured everything, an he never gave u any dark matter, the last thing he gave me was designer wallet an that was from the ogmea thingy place.

the last thing he gives you, that is if you capture 10 of everything is the unlocked fiend Nemesis, 10 million HP.. easy though

You have to capture five of EVERY fiend (that you can capture) from Bikanel, Omega, Inside Sin, Kilika, etc. Every city in Spira that is on the zookeeper's list. But yeah, Nemesis isn't as hard as some people make him out to be.

If you have ten of everything already, then you already have Nemesis, which means you already have Ultima Buster. Check your items to see how many dark matters you have. The zookeeper has already given them to you if you have captured five of EVERY CAPTURABLE FIEND. If you are sure you have, then go talk to him. if he doesn't give them to you, then you already have them.
