My hair is more straight than wavey(although it used to BE curly)I use whatever is cheapest and no conditioner...I wash it and blow it dry about every three days; it is cut into a swing bob to just below doublechin length and my stylist tells me she could "stuff a sofa" with what she cuts off my head. I tend to have it trimmed every 6 weeks or so because I color it every 5 weeks and have for so long I do not know what color it actually is(well, mostly grey)

I have had trouble with dandruff like stuff but that was some years ago and since I no longer feel the urge to perm; my hair and I have reached a comfortable agreement with each other...

hi
for my dry and damaged curly hair i used a multi-mineral shampoo combined with a regenerating hair mask both from the line of products ASLAVITAL. thos products had an revitalizing effect for my hair, eliminated frizz, detangled and moisturized the hair. and in addition thisa products are have the main ingredient clay and no other chemicals.

This is all really great to hear. I have a friend who struggles with her curls all the time-- feels like they never have enough volume, believes no hairdresser can do her justice, etc...these are all really great tips I can tell her about so hopefully it won't be such a struggle for her all of the time,

Hi everyone, I have straight hair. I'd love to have curly hair. I want to get a spiral perm so I'm here now doing my research.

My hair is thin, yet I have lots of it. My hair is half wavy, and half straight, with some curls here or there. for the most part it's wavy, but it just has these areas that won't curl on their own for anything.

So I'm one of the poor souls forced to blow dry straight, or curl. There's no in between for me. *sniff* lol

I'll tell you what I use, and have found to be so unique and gentle to my hair, and that is Country Bunny Bath and Body's "Hare Care" shampoos and conditioners with carrot oil. I have never felt such a great shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels years younger than it is!!!!!
