Hmph! I signed up for a gardening newsletter to bone up on some ideas to share here, and found myself with an unwanted subscription to the magazine, "Horticulture." I e-mailed the notifying company with a refusal of the subscription, and they were quick to say, "Okay, we'll stop the subscription; keep the issue we just sent as a gift," but what's this nonsense? I've never seen such blatant scamery!

When the magazine arrived, I found it to be quite worthwhile and something I _would_ have subscribed to, but now never. I wouldn't trust them with any financials or my address. Heaven help them if I start getting junque mail!

That's one of the great things about BellaOnline. It's promised in writing that you will never be spammed, scammed, nor signed up for anything you didn't specifically request. In this Wild West internet environment, that's something to treasure!

That's my sound-off for today over...but it's early yet.
