No, just capture at least one fiend from every area.

Chocobo-Eater,
I've never been called childish for it. However, I could care less what people say about me or it. I love it and they will not stop me from playing it. I don't see how it could be childish though. It was defianately more of a mature game. The only thing even partially childish was the fact that Tidus was a crybaby, but he fit the storyline very well. Don't worry about what other people say man. Let them have what they want, and you have what you want.

Hey WakkaRulz, it turns out the guy thinks ALL RPGs are childish, especially the FF series, and especially FFX. Yet he thinks the MGS series is perfectly mature and realistic. Anyway, I'm not gonna argue with him.

And like you said, I shouldn't let anyone influence my choice in games. I guess with any game, you're gonna find ppl saying nasty things about it.

That's his loss then. We can continue enjoying it. I'm not trying to impress anyone, so he can have his opinions, and I can have my fun.

It's cuz the guy prefers "real world" games as to fantasy games.

In truth, I prefer some elements of fantasy because the "real world" just isn't any fun!!!

mind you, metal gear solid is a great game(opps i mean movie)...although it's WAY too short.

Check the other post. I got you in that one.

IOS,
I never played Solid, but I played the original and Snake's Revenge on NES. They were great. I love several different types of games, FFX is one of my favs though.

For the record, it does require all fiends from 10 areas.

Here's a link with the complete list of monsters found (or at least as complete as they come).

nah, no use for a signature, yet.

Dam...did I say that? I know better. The biggest mistake people think on that is that you have to capture every capturable fiend in Spira 10 times. In actuality, you only have to capture one of every fiend. I'm sorry I worded that wrong. But you have to capture one of every fiend from every area, but not all ten. But it doesn't hurt to go ahead and capture them so that you can fight all monsters and get all the other cool items.
