Thanks for the advice, I will continue to practice. The problem I am having is trying to isolate all my Stomach muscles. Oh well guess I will just have keep trying.
As everyone's said, practice and it
will come. I think it took about 3 months of practice for me to be able to get them and I never thought I would. I've had two back surgeries and my back is very locked up and stiff. It did finally loosen up and they're second nature now.
Something that helped me with rib cage circles - imagine you're tracing the shape of a circle or clock on the floor or on the wall, and remember that you're only using the rib cage.
