I love it! I just got a big bag of broken odds and ends (local thrift store saves them for me)...and there were some cool leaf earrings in there I can't wait to play with!

i love the flea markets for this
and i most of the time dont pay more than a dollar for the pieces i find
some times i will pay 2 to3 dollars for something
and god forbid there's and box full of old jewelry
i start digging and my hubby just stands there
waiting for me to finish-lol
and now my mom and sister find things for me when they go fleaing
they found this beautiful agate necklace and a lion's head
that is bright gold, which i made used as an logo once i dull it some our name is 'the crabby lion'
and a pair of wooden hands to display on
they did good !!!-lol

Bernie,

The lion's head sounds especially cool! Have you thought about taking a mold of it so you can recreate it in clay for other projects? It would make such a cool art doll head!

Have you read the book Flea Market Jewelry? It would be right your alley!

SO BEAUTIFUL!

I was going through some of the other pics you have up there. SO impressive!

I'm a mere newbie, and you've become my new jewelry-making hero. LOL!

Keep the great work and awesome pics coming!

Warm Regards,
Michele
