On th Biology Q&A, there is just one question - about burning extra calories from ice water. Only 70 calories are burned, and I believe, though I have no scientific evidence or knowledge on hand to back it up, that drinking ice water disrupts your bodies ability to regulate temperature, and I think (from my personal experience) that it diminished digestive capabilities as well. I'll have to look into the biology behind those and write an article about it!
