Is this a paid test or is there a free version? I know I took this years ago and I don't remember exactly what my results were. I've done a ton of personal growth in the last few years and it would be interesting to take this again.

Basically, they function as just another tool to help us understand ourselves. Their validity has always been questioned because they rely on a small sample of questions to categorize us into one of only a few groups, and that's supposed to be your personality type. From taking these tests many times myself, I know by changing one or two of my answers, I can skew the results from showing me as a judgmental type, for instance, to being an empathetic type, or from being a "thinking" type to being a "feeling" type.

But in looking at personality types overall, I think these tests can be instructive and useful. They can help us see how we're coming across, how what we think colors how we would be categorized, and maybe where we might want to change. So I like them for that purpose.

I'm an ENFP too and it also is correct!

ENFP fits me to a T. When I first took the Keirsey version of the test, found in Please Understand Me II, I was 100% Extroverted, 85% iNtuitive, 50/50 on Thinking and Feeling, and about 65%-75% Perception. Nowadays, I actually fall more in the Introverted scale (probably 55% Introverted), and my Judging score may be slightly higher now.

What is your MB/Keirsey profile, Jeanette?

I think I initially tested out (in college) as an INTJ, but more recent testing showed me as an INFP, which I like better just because it means I've become more feeling (a goal of mine) instead of intellectualizing so much <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I am an INFP. We took these at work and my boss was really upset that I was an introvert and not the extrovert he said I was. I work in sales and do what I have to do to get through the day, he doesn't know me. It was funny, he guessed every one of us wrong.
