I'm Barb and I live in a small town in western PA. I'm 53 years old (yikes!) and have lived in this area all my life. Have a wonderful hubby who is a house painter/paperer and two daughters, ages 21 and 24. We will celebrate our 29th anniversary this fall. I majored in music education in college and directed my church choir for over 25 years, but gave it up a few years ago. Now I am enoying just singing in the choir. I have taught preschool for the past 19 years. The kids are really a hoot!
I am a four-year breast cancer survivor. I've enjoyed a variety of crafts. Currently I'm into tea bag folding. I've only done a few scrapbooks, but have really enjoyed working on them and was pleased with the results. I can't walk by a display of scrapbooking stuff without stopping to look and usually buying something. Need to get started on a new project - hoping you will al inspire me!

Welcome Barb! And congrats on your survivor status! I know what you mean about enjoying just singing in the choir instead of having the responsiblity of directing...been there and done that.

Michelle - will be looking forward to hearing from you!
