I think that probably Lisa was able to work on it in the morning therefore you received it in the morning rather than yesterday in the evening.

Originally I was planning to send it on Monday - but I had problems with newsletter sending therefore I was waiting until almost too late <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
