Hi! I am new to this forum, I have been growing orchids for a few years now. I had many mishaps in the first year, threw out many orchids that I gave to much love (ie; water) and did many hours of research to improve my quality and knowledge of these exotic beauties . I have about 60 plants and grow under HID lights in my basement. I fell in love with orchids as a little girl when I saw a card in a bookstore with a phalaenopsis on the front.
I'm glad to be here and hope to share what I know and ask what I don't. As one poster said, you are never an expert with orchids lol!
