...came in third during qualifications, and it was driven by Martin Truex, Jr!
Jr. gave a press conference this morning stating that while he will attend practice on Saturday and start the race on Sunday, he will not be able to run the entire race and will race until he gains the Championship points, then he will give the driver's seat to Truex, Jr.
Truex, Jr. is leading the points in the Busch series, so I'm hoping he won't let any of us Jr. fans down..and this is his first Cup race, so let's keep our fingers crossed!!
(Btw..Truex, Jr. isn't so bad looking either! <img src="/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> )
