Dodson has been involved with NASCAR for over 30 years..he was the crew chief for Rusty Wallace when he won the 1989 NASCAR Winston Cup points title. He also worked with Darrell Waltrip, the late Tim Richmond and Derrike Cope, and has been involved in 19 Winston Cup Series victories.
A sad fact that some of you may not know about Barry and his wife. Their two children...Trey and Tia and one of their high school friends were killed in a car accident in 1994 near Darlington, S.C.
