Hi everyone, Im new to this board, and Im just introducing myself... My name is Meg, and Im from Canyon Lake, TX... *between Austin and San Antonio* and Im 24. I have done low carb diet stuff before and found it really satisfying. Right now I am about 7 mos pregnant so I am putting off the actual dieting until the baby is born.. but am already beginning to incorporate more veggies and meat into my diet. I also am the mother of a 2 1/2 yr old boy. I have really enjoyed reading your posts so far... the posts on the container gardens and low budget low carb items were sooo helpful. So anyway, I hope to talk more with you guys soon!

Meg

Welcome! Sorry that I've been offline for a while - I also own the main website and have been very busy with the forum upgrade. I think things are finally setling down a bit.

A lot of what low carb is about is eating healthy vegetables, drinking lots of water and taking your vitamins. Those are all very common sense things and hopefully things you are doing if you're pregnant! It is so critical to eat healthily when you are eating for two
