omg! you should REALLY get a pop-up blocker!!!

forget pop-up blockers, toolbars and all that [censored], just stop using internet explorer and install mozilla firefox, problem solved.

well u could (after u closed all the porn sites and got to the chatting forum) save it to your favorites so that u dont "hav" to click on the link to it from the gaming forum.... it might work =)

Ad-ware will remove some of the spyware and like SasaMumuCaca said 'sphybot search and destroy' will help
