wow, final fantasy viii is so the best game ever. i cant believe i thought FF10 might be better than it. is it just me, or are the disc's a lot shorted than say the FF7 discs?

no its not just you,
but FF 7 is the longest FF of them all so no wonder they are longer <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> .

oh and indeed FF 8 is my personal fave <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> closely followed by 7.

lol, you remember how i told you that i finally bought FF7? well i think im at...man i cant even remember where i am. oh wait i think i've just got into the town which was supposed to be burned down by seph. then ive had school stuff and guitar and i've sorta stopped playing. and now im still playing FF8, which holds my attention A LOT better than FF7 <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> if only it had rikku in it, then it would be prefect...

i know what you mean. although they couldnt really have squall loving selphie, shes the lighthearted cute one, not the serious one who the main character falls in love with. ff10: serious one: yuna, cute one: rikku. but rikkus so much better

hmm talking about perky rikku she gets more perky in ffx-2 lol

hmm and about ff8 i just started playing bout 2 weeks ago and it is fun much much more fun then ff7( <img src="/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> )

I know, its more FUN. FF7 is, i dunno i cant think how to decribve it. Its an excellent, excellent game i just enjoy FF8 more, especially once i get into it (its a lot slower to get going than FF7). You know i dislike the materia system 2, i hate how you're limited to what you can ues. It might get better later on but at the minute its annoying. I dont exactly love the draw system on FF8 either though. oh wait, thats right, i HATE it. i think they should try and combine the sphere grid and the regular ff8 levelling system, coz th junctioning is pretty cool, its just the drawing of the magic

see my first ff game was 10 but i did wacth my freind play ff7 and when i was looking at him play i thought the materia sucked to and when i play it buying magic n stuff just aint cool at all the draw thing is a bit more sophiscitcated

and with the sphere grid in 10 that was mainly for 10 they didn't know about it or didn't want to use it in ff7 or 8 or 9 so its mainly just used for 10 i like the lvl up system where i can see the lvl but..hmm i got to carried away again :rolleyes:

I love all 3 Materia, Junctioning and Sphere grid.
with Materia system u can practicly become invincible

and Sphere grid is juz fun

ya the materia system is a bit stupid at first but then it gets better but thats not for me i just hate the game so...and the juntining(heh i forgot how to spell that) its easy with gfs but when you get magic its a bit harder and the sphere grid looked confuseing when i first saw it then it was the easiest thing in the world <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
