Hi,
Remember your first car? Yeah !! Everyone remembers that vehicle that brings you that first taste of freedom.
Mine was a 1947 Chevrolet Club Coupe, bought in 1956, I was a Senior in high school then.
I'd love to have it now.
What was yours??

At the risk of telling my age...my 1st car was a 1992 Camaro, white with red interior...and a killer sound system (oopps! I sound like a guy!) Bought in 1994...highschool and all that, and yes, I'd kill to have my 1st car back too. ~K.

Oh Karen, that's the car I learned how to drive on!!!!!!
My first car that I ever bought with my own money was a Ford Explorer in 1994 -- so that's two versions back. Ahhh, how I loved that car.
My first car that I got from my boyfriend but never drove was a Buick LeSabre. It had no heat so I let him drive it about 97% of the time.

How funny!
I always stick the hubby with [censored] vehicles. He recently graduated up though, from an ol beater pickup truck, to a jeep cherokee in slighlty better shape. A few years from now, he might be driving something built in this century! ~k

My first husband who was my boyfriend through senior year of high school taught me how to drive on a red camaro with gray seats I think. Gave him back the silver, no heat LeSabre that he got for $100 then I got my own car and I was in heaven.
My current husband has a shiny red convertible. Two seats. NO COMMENT. Considering we have a baby. And I never drive it. Stick shift. Only automatic for me.
I'll probably get a new car in the Spring. Not a FORD though.

LOL! A convertible-- I alwsy wanted one of those till I saw this story on the news about what happened to a man driving a convertible that wrecked. Ewe!
I have a 4 dr. Honda Accord now, but soon I hope to move up to a SUV...we have two kids and I need the room-- and I am not, nor will I ever be, a mini-van-mom (hope I don't offend anyone--sorry!) ~k

You are a better woman than I am. I find nothing scarier than getting into a convertible sportscar. Usually because once a driver gets one of those they tend to think they need to show off their driving skills for the whole highway. lol. Wait, it's not funny.
BTW, I was called Soccer Mom long before I had Natalie because I had the SUV. Guess where I lived at the time, it really didn't matter if it was a mini van or not because moms were using anything bigger than a car to transport the kiddos.

What memories My first car was a 1973 VW Super Beetle. I had that car forever and it even survived after I had twins and somehow fit two car seats into the back seat. Not something I'd ever want to do again!!
Now, I drive a bright red Dodge Neon with automatic and air conditioning

My first vehicle was a 1994 Dogde Dakota. Even though we had lots of service issues, I loved that truck. What I hated about being a truck owner was when people would call and expect me to help them move because I had one. Once I even had a neighbour (who I didn't know or even talk to) come by and ask to use it.
