I think you should take the warnings seriously!
Mercury is now in the air we breathe, our drinking water and our food, not to mention vaccines and some dental fillings.

I found it at the grocery store and it is a wonderfully tasting fish and low in contaminants, including mercury. Try it with a little olive oil, garlic, turmeric, basil, thyme, and whatever other spices you like. My grocer says he can't keep it on the shelves people like it so much.
