The Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is not just read and studied in India, but it is often sung, or chanted, usually in tunes repeated for each verse, sometimes very boringly.
However, I have found online someone who has recorded them, in an excellent English metered translation, with a very nice tune, sung with care and very well, indeed.
