I just posted a recipe for lime ice on the Cajun cooking site, and I started to wonder...

...what's your favorite Cajun or Creole desert?

My favorite is be bread pudding soaked in lots of yummy syrup -- but it's a little warm here today to be indulging in that special treat. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I was going to post and say that I wasn't aware of any Cajun specific deserts. Then I saw the mention of bread pudding...I didn't realise bread pudding might be considered Cajun.

When I first got connected to the net, my world was very small but I did not realise that. When I began chatting with others from around the world, it amazed me. There were so many things that I thought others did, ate, or thought and I found out differently.

I like bread pudding msyelf but I have yet to try to make it.
