Many thanks, avalon. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I've been taking a lot of ibuprofen, and my husband brought home some nifty IcyHot Patches--as well as Flexall cream--and they are working
marvelously. I have to watch, though, because when I feel better...I have a tendency to overdo it, which is a big no-no since the condition
itself isn't healed. (The chiro said my vertabrae are jammed up at the bottom, and tight muscles that spasm are preventing him from adjusting. He said if I don't take care with this, I could be heading for a ruptured disc. <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> )
