Hi Janet,

Haven't been around for quite a while, many things "going on". But, this seemed like such an easy question...

Could it be a book called "Unfogging the Future"?

When he was a child he drank a chemical tincture that tinted him blue.

And thanks for the welcome - it's good to be here. I have already found several interesting articles:)

Hi Janet,

As has already been established "Unfogging the Future" would be the title.

Hi again Janet,

He was tinted blue by a chemical tincture he drank as a child.

Awe, I'm late and behind now... the durned computer wouldn't let me in for a while. :S Anyway, so now I'm going to "catch up"...

Even though it's already agreed, I'll say the "Blue Man" became blue from drinking a blue-colored chemical as a child.

Good to be able to get back in again, lol...
