lol Jilly, I love it when cyberspace has to just "make sure" it gets posted, eh... :rolling: checked the link, and hey, I use that course for studying tarot too, lol! I had actually found sample cards in another site, and had decided I wouldn't get it "right now", but they had different pics than the ones on the link you provided, so I'm glad you did that, because I got to see even more pics of it, and it has swayed my mind somewhat to a "not now, but later" kind of thing.

The deck is quite interesting... it looks quite anime, really, which is something I wouldn't pick "first", yet, there are some really cool "mysterious" qualities to the pictures too. I may consider it eventually... I found another deck, the Fairy Ring Oracle, that I really really like, so I'll probably get that one first.

Lately I've been feeling like I want to use the Magician from this deck, the Devil from that deck, the Moon from a third deck...etc., etc.

Anyone else ever feel that way?

I'll just fall in love with part of a deck, but REALLY dislike one or more cards in it!

What to do, what to do...? :-)

I always like Wicce's web site for reviews and images. She seems to show quite a few cards from each deck to give a good representative sampling. (If anyone needs the link, I'll dig it up - it's on my other computer.)

Hi 'llysa! I'm a Faeries' Oracle fan and user, too! It is by far the easiest for me to resonate with. I adore the art! And I create my own spreads according to whatever the Fae seem to lead me. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I've used Conway & Knight's Shapeshifter deck and Sams & Carson's Medicine Cards, but I feel way too bound by them. Must be the rebel Faerie in me! LOL

We talked about this in one of my Tarot groups and some people said they do create their own decks that way.

In Tarot, the only rule is "If it feels right, it is."
