As we get ready for the release of the third BLADE movie, I thought I'd help everyone get caught up on the vampire tattoo history of this trilogy.

The vampires in the BLADE movies divide themselves into those born as vampires, and those turned after being bitten by another vampire. The family clans wear tattoos and the humans attached to them also are tattooed as a sign of ownership or favor.

Check out the tats in the trailer for the next Blade movie, coming in December. There are some great shows of Blade's head tattoos.
