Having trouble finding a boy's name that isn't super popular... Max, Owen, Oscar, Joshua, Matthew, Ryan, Noah, Ethan, Daniel, Dylan, Connor, Roman, Tyler and Sam are all so popular or they sound like they are dog's names.
Anyone know a nice (and not too unique) name that we could use? I'm stuck and I don't want to end up picking a final name after the baby is born, like we did with our daughter. (We narrowed it down to 3 and then we ended up switching between the 3!)
I'm thinking of using Connor as a middle name. Not sure yet. Last name is three syllables.

All of these names are fairly common, but not TOO common... and they are not TOO bizarre. I hope I have helped! BTW, what is your daughters name? that might help in determining names that would be compatable with hers.

Hi,
We're thinking about Anton with Thomas as a middle name.
It's funny because my husband has liked this name for awhile, but recently Parents magazine had an article, "101 baby names you've never thought of" and Anton was one of them. So we had thought of at least one of the 101!

James...My son's name is James and he is the only Jimmy he knows.. Or what about Loren? I had a friend whose name was Loren..he was a nice guy. I like Thomas too, Tommy...is cute...
You have to think about the way other kids respond to a guys name...it could make or break him...lol

Liam <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Congrats on your pregnancy! Connor Douglas was the boy name we had picked through all of our pregnancies that ended up being girls. We have one son named Aaron who passed away. Liam is our almost 4 month old <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> When our last baby was seen to be a boy we were sick of the name Connor Douglas. We reallllly liked the name Graeme, but since our last name starts with a G it sounded realllllly dumb. Meg
