Does vitamin C really help at all? Is taking a regular one-a-day enough, or so I have to take extra vitamin C on top of that?

Anyways, vitamin C dose more good in general rather than a good cure against colds. Drink orange juice and you will feel better. Vitamins in pill format are **** for the most part ... in my opinion, of course.

I think taking Vit C is great for improving your imune system in general. It also builds up the cllogen layer under the skin--fighting wrinkles! <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I always get my vitamins in either soft gel capsule, regular capsule or liquid form (no tablets) to be sure they digest properly.
