hello all, im new to wiccan magicks and such, but my friend came to ask me for help recently, and i dont know what to do. he thinks, somehow he's been possessed, heres our convosation if its of any use, i have changed our user names to ME, Him for privacy reasons;

HIM:
ok background to it is through solitude and the study of wiccan rituals and incantations i neglected to perform the correct protection circle whilst performing a certain how can i put it, darker than usual spell, . everything went alright and then i woke up the following morning

since then i have been experienceing very peculiar behavioural patterns from myself as well as the nagging urge to smash every mirror in my house because when ever i look in them it's not me looking back.
ME:
Tell me all, what do you se when you look in the mirror?
HIM:
i see my body, but not me, my body does what i do, it looks like i look but my mind is different, it is not me loking back
ME:
do you remember what spell you whee trying to perform
HIM:
it was a summoning spell, i can't remember what or who i was summoning though, it was to show my friend the nature of the spirit, he may also be a wicca but he's very cinical about summoning spells.
ME:
i see, do you remember what time it was performed?
HIM:
or what time it whent wrong from
HIM:
any time i cast a spell i make sure it is during an either full or new moon, i dislike any other time
HIM:
and i start directly on the witching hour
HIM:
right i remember the circle of summoning
HIM:
the circle of visions
HIM:
and i did do a cirlce of warding but i must of ****ed it up somewhere

after i called the being from the plane, i think i tried to command it, or dominate it, but it didn' work and then my warding cirlce collapsed and then i woke up. my friend said the thing just dissapeared and i fell on the floor. but i don't know

this is all i can find out and im not sure if its true or not, somebody help me please!!!

My best advice would be for him to find someone local to talk to about it.

Tyou kindly anyway, i just wasen't sure if it was really possible or anything, im rather confused more than in need i guess.

This is an odd suggestion, but if you can find someone in your area who is trained in Reiki, a type of energy healing, you may be able to help your friend. I'd suggest asking around at local "occult shops".
A friend of mine had taken it upon himself to learn about spirits and the like, and though he didn't summon anything the way your friend did, he did invite something negative to him by not learning the proper way to protect himself in a spirit guide meditation. He had lots of nightmares for a long time until a friend's mother and a large group of my friends helped to make the thing detach from him. In his case, it was only a sort of "psychic bug" that had attached to his aura.

My experience with summoning energies has been more along the lines of asking for knowledge or strength, asking for help or requesting assistance types of things. That sort of purpose is benign and rarely can be of harm.

To summon an energy to command or dominate it really takes a lot of previous training and experience, and even with that, it tricky. Your friend might try a ritual where he apologizes to whatever he called up, and asks it to leave.

You're going to have to find someone local to you, with experience in these things to really sort it out. Remember, the biggest thing of magick is thought and intention. Most magick works due to the psychological strength of it, more than anything else.

And remember the Law of Threes: whatever energy you put out returns to you three times as strong or as much.
