Even though it's not authentically Irish, I love corned beef & cabbage each St Patty's Day. What do you enjoy?

I really like Irish Potatoes! I make them every year. I take some to work and I give some to my daughter to take to her place of work also. Almost everyone enjoys them. The few that don't are the ones who do not care for coconut. I know that it is not a main entree; and I know that it is only candy, but I would rather eat Irish potatoes for dinner! That is the nice thing about being all grown up! You can have dessert for dinner and nobody yells at you for doing so! <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Sincerely, moose

Irish stew, potato soup, potato rolls, and more! All things Irish are best in our house on St. Patricks Day!

I hope to have some new receipes up this week that will help you all to celebrate more than just the wearin-o-the-green!

Glad to be back! {Just found my log in password!}
