I can't really remember the exact date or the name of the event, it had to have just been a regular show, but it was in the early 80s. My dad and grandpa took me to the Hara Arena and the Hulkster was going head to head with the Iron Shiek! I can't even say that I can remember any of the matches prior to the main event either, but just the electricity and excitement I got from watching the match has lasted in my memories all these years. This was when wrestling was wrestling, before the Undertaker, before the Rock, before the Dudleys and Austins. I remember yelling and screaming at the Shiek and being totally astonished when Hogan's forehead was busted open and continued to rock on. You know, I can't even tell you who won! eek But, I do remember how I felt and it's that match and memory that has stuck with me and kept me a wrestling fan at heart.

I'd love to hear your fave/s!

I would have to actually say the best moment in wrestling was just after Triple H came back from his injured knee. It was amazing the pop he got from the fans. He is truely one of the great ones

Gee, i think One Night Only UK Pay Per View was the best event. The undercard was big but gee some of the matches were excellent. Vader vs Owen Hart, when Vader was still giving it in the ring(plus Owen Hart was an all time fave of mine). Bret Hart vs Undertaker, better than their Summerslam match of that year. And the Bulldog match with Shawn Michaels was spectacular. Even if the finish was cack, the Bulldog should've won i saw no point to Michaels winning, there was nothing he could of gained from it really. The Bulldog always performed when he came home.

Also worth mentioning i suppose is the Canadian Stampede 10-man main event. They rocked the place.
