I have a bldg secured in Plainfield and with several financing options, it looks like this is going to happen!
I know it isn't possible to get an accurate count of the amount of traffic I can expect the first six months or so in business - I've used national averages and the figures from a few store owners that were willing to share some conservative estimates. But whatever feedback I can get from actual scrappers in the area would help so much in my final decision-making work.
All I need right now is an informal head count...if you're a "Scrapper" and live in the area, just drop me a short line and be sure to include your crop circle friends and family in the number you give me. I appreciate any replies I get so much! I think this will go a long way in getting a least a few hours of sleep this coming week! lol
