Hi,
A friend asked me to help him develop his website. Part of this is because he was so impressed with Bella.

Does anyone have a preference for companies to register a domain name with?

We will probably begin hosting the site with his ISP. They act as the server for our school site and do a good job.

Okay, now what one program would YOU recommend using to build a website (using Windows thank you)?

I would recommend Dyn dns.org https://www.dyndns.org/about/
your gonna have to highlite and past in browser because they use a https site for security.
I have been using them for years now and had no problems and easy to setup and navigate .i would also use frontpage. hope this helps

DREAMWEAVER, dreamweaver by Macromedia. Its the best, it's better than front page.
