How do you drink your coffee? Your tea? For both, I use 3 teaspoons of sugar and some milk. (More milk for coffee...to where it usually looks like tea!)
At Chinese restaurants, though, I love their black tea. Go figure!

Mmm, food talk! I'm in. Well, usually I drink green tea, just plain. For a treat, I have a coffee once in awhile. In my coffee I use soycreamer and honey. Also, once in awhile I have black tea with soycreamer and honey. I think the honey is the most healthful answer to the sweetener dilemma. And, I like its flavor better than sugar or artifical sweetener anyhow. And, I love the soycreamer. It is creamy and it is a small way to get a little more soy into your day.

In my coffee, I add a little fat-free milk. I like that better than cream! and no sugar.
In my tea, I add a little honey.
I can drink both of them black (or green) if they are good quality.

Boy, not me Lynne. I'd pick half and half for my coffee over milk any day. (But not for tea.) I used to drink those flavored creamers like Hazelnut and Amaretto, but got away from that and just switched to regular half and half. 2% milk will do in a pinch, though!

I used to do the flavored creamers (and still do for special occasions) but they seemed too sweet after a while. And I used to use half&half until I realized that I really liked the fat-free milk in my coffee. I think we must have been out of everything else one time so I had to try it!

I've never cared for the taste of coffee, so I don't drink that.
For teas, I like green tea and herbal blends, which I tend to drink without any alteration. When sick, I will add honey to the tea for my sore throat.

Tea, I put in a bag into my new navy blue ceramic teapot, no milk, no sugar.
Coffee -- I've only started drinking it recently (not for the taste, but for the boost it gives me in the morning, although I find it doesn't taste as heinously as I'd remembered). We make it ourselves in our new French Press, and then take it with a spoon of sugar and a bit of milk

I just love the way coffee makes me think so clearly. Heck, most of my articles are written on a caffeine rush. LOL The after-affects aren't so great, though. (Btw, I just wrote a series on Stress Relief and it turns out that coffee/caffeine dehydrates, which I knew, but is also causes stress! Stress Relief - Caffeine and Sleep (IQ, my almost-new ceramic tea pot is cornflower blue! )

I have been drinking coffee since I was a small girl. Mom would have me make her a cup, I would also make a small amount for myself. She took it with cream and sugar, both the real thing. Today at 53 I still drink it just as she did then. I also drink it cold. Mom drinks it decafinated these days.
As for tea I drink, LIPTON tea with sugar and lemon, cold or hot.
Just the other day I had a taste for iced tea and didn't want to take the time to watch the pot. So I filled my slow cooker with water and the tea bags and went to bed. When I woke up I turned off the cooker and added my sugar. Well needless to say I prepared myself a glass of iced tea with lemon, it was the strongest iced tea I had ever drank. Next time I will watch the pot.
I work nighs and drink at least two large cups of coffee a night. I like the taste of both beverages. The smell of coffee alone is wounderful to me.
