I would like to know how to do an increase with a k1, then a k1, p1, k1, all worked in the same stitch. Any information how to do this increase would be helpful. t/y.

Silvia,
From my experience, the increase is done as: knit 1, purl 1, knit 1, purl 1 (with as many k1,p1 repeats as you need to obtain the proper amount of stitches increased) When you are ready to do the purl1 portion of the increase, just remember to put the yarn forward before you try that part.

Good luck!

Deborah
