I've kept gratitude journals multpile times throughout my life - and yes, they work. It is always easy to think of things to be grateful for - breathing, laughing, being able to walk, being able to eat, having a job, a friend, nice hair. The list goes on. If you do one for 30 days (just on notebook paper writing 15 things a day), your life changes for the better. Happier, more content.
Or at least it was that way for me...
