We had Carp with raison gravy last year, this year it will be Goose. It was the choice of my neighbour Walter and his wife Maria since I will be their guest this year.

My family is in South-Africa so I celebrate Christmas
this year with friends. Like Carl I start with Salmon
plus creme fresh, and baked patatoes.
For the headdish I doubt between pork tenderloin,
hare or turkey filet with brocoli and melted cheese
with grilled patatoes!

Desert is Ice-cake and a box of chocolates with coffee
(and whiskey, Vodka or a Cognac for people who like that).

Lily,

is it any chance you would have White Christmas in Florida? They have some snow in some parts of Texas now!

Jaga............lily here...........
No snow in Florida.........but baby it`s coooold outside!

We did get a warm spell for a couple days, but starting to drop down again.........Florida is tough when it`s 30 degrees and all the humidity. Feels like being home in Detroit.

Beaches are a disastor down here and people not happy about not having their beach any longer.

God Bless....lily
