Yummy Pico de Gallo Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 C. Diced Onions
1/2 C. Diced Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro (fresh is best but dried will work, too)
Diced fresh Jalepeno to taste (Omit the seeds to get the pepper flavor without the spice, if you want)
Preparation:
Dice tomatoes and onions. Chop cilanto, and add enough diced jalepeno to suit your desired hotness. Mix together, and serve.
Uses:
As a snack with tortilla chips, as a garnish for Mexican food, in an omlette, as a potato topping--the uses are limited only by your imagination <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
