I am a Programs & Fundraising rep for a company called Challenge Services. Basically I love doing it because I get to be at home with my family and still have my freedom. I am also very involved in my children's school so I learned alot about fundraising and why it is so important. Schools have to have money in order to provide programs and other exciting things for the kids. Also, for new playground add on's and outside toys, etc... I really love helping schools and kids reach their goals and be able to purchase things for their school through their hard work and determination. I also love that at the end of a hard fundraiser we offer diff sorts of parties and the kids think this is such a treat (so do the teachers).
I have a really fun job and if I need to my 3 1/2 yr old gets to go along with me. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

That sounds like a very rewarding job Stef. I never thought of how much goes into running a school until I became active in my PTA. Before then, I always joined, but never attended meetings.

It is definitely hard work!

I have recently become a consultant for Affordable Luxuries, a candle and candle accessory company. There is no quota and they offer a very reasonable start-up kit ($25.00!!). They have beautiful products and lots of opportunities. If you would like more info, please visit my website, http://www.shopaffordableluxuries.us/spompetti
Best wishes!
Sue
