Should children be expected to take a relationship course in school? Why or why not?

Hey Jessica. I think it would be a good idea to teach relationship basics in school, provided it was done without religious bias. Relationships, even friendships, are hard enough for young people to understand. They're not always something you can speak to your parents about. Groundwork, a roadmap, would be a good thing. My only question would be, who's curriculum would be used?
