I am a hyplogycemic and I tried for a week the Atkins diet (which it works) but I coundn't help feeling sick because I need some sugar on my body. I need to know how can I make the diet for two weeks without feeling tired and slow.

Verushka,

I suggest you speak with your doctor about your health condition and dieting. Nearly all mainstream diets are NOT planned with a special needs health situation in mind. If you just try and follow the Atkins plan, you may end up making your health situation worse.

You need to get on some candies first thing in the morning and then start with your normal routine day. This helps a lot. If you are an office-goer, you must carry on with you some candies to chuckle some in between as need be Regards Jason Tirki Jason Transcriptions
