not sure what kind of help you are looking for. write your dreams down. when you wake up write them down immediately. as you do this they will be easier to recall.

it is a scary thing, for a long time i had trouble sleeping because I was afraid of what I would dream. Take what you have and try to find a way to benefit from it if you can.

What kind of hlep are you looking for?

Ya never know... you might stop having weird deja vu. I used to have a whole heap of dreams coming true... after a while I just stopped having them and then the whole heap of dreams became a few visions... I hope that whatever your fear is... that it will go away because you shouldn't let fear ruin your life.

I am from a long line of dreamers. I had one dream that was very important. I felt really bad about not understanding what it meant until it was too late. But then people don't understand it, so they wouldn't have believed me anyway. It helps me to tell my best friend about it. She believes me no matter what. If you have someone to confide in, that might help you too. My dreams helped me find my husband, so they can be good too.

I've had dreams about people only to have something tragic happen the next day <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> like when my aunt passed away. I hadn't seen her in years and had moved 1500 miles away.

The most interesting was one that I had about my mom (we were also separated by miles). I dreamed that we were at a big carnival or county fair and that she was very pregnant. People kept telling me that she needed me. The following day, she called to let me know she'd been diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Sometimes they are not so easy to pinpoint. For instance, I'll dream of a car wreck and somtimes even have premonitions duriing waking hours, but I don't know who the message is meant for. Once it was so strong that I was sure it was for me. Then my son's gf's mom had a wreck, and the dreams and premonitions stopped immediately. I wish I could figure out how to determine who the message is about.

As Neverthefirstlash said, use what you have.

its funny to see so much optimism in this really old post from me. I've struggled with dreams like this for... almost 17 years now.. and it really hasn't gotten any easier for me in the fact that I absolutely can't seem to stop the dream from happening or change the presumed results. sometimes it is really easy to identify this type of dream and other times they sneak up. Usually they are pretty random and non important but a few times they have been really terrible things.

I still struggle to find a good use for this type of dream and don't talk about it really at all to people. I have two tattoos both with eyes in them and they represent sight via dreams to me.

I'm still trying to understand how I can make good use of what I dream in these types of dreams but, not sleeping and trying not to dream seems quite counter productive.

frustrating... but i'm still searching. smile
