Thanks! Where do you find essential oils?
If you have a Whole Foods, they have some in the beauty/health section.
Most "New Age" shops have them... Places that sell incense and stuff like that usually have oils.
Two little things... True essential oils can't be worn directly on the skin... It either has to be diluted in a carrier oil (almond, grapeseed, mineral or some other light oil) or in an alcohol base. Which brings me to my second thing... Essential oils and perfume oils are not the same thing. Perfume oils are
usually essential oils diluted in a carrier oil, but sometimes they are just really inferior product being passed off as essential oil.
That said, most of the stuff you find is pretty much what it says it is, though. One of the things I like best is that, for the most part, if an essential oil says "jasmine," it smells like jasmine... and they all mostly smell very similarly... Not a lot of disparity among the different companies. There's some, of course, but jasmine smells like jasmine no matter who makes the oil.
I used to use an online source, so if you are not able to find anything locally, let me know, I'll see if I can find the sites I used to use.
