I had my nipples pierced about 3 months ago, and they are healing beautifully. I love them. The only time I feel discomfort is when I go from hot to cold, and I get "nipplie" very often. Does this have to do with the healing process still going on, or is this something I will forever deal with? Any info would be great!

Thanks

Inside your nipples, the piercings are unhealed and thus a lot more sensitive to temperature changes. The metal of the rings is more conductive to temperature than your own flesh and skin as well. I don't think this is something that will last forever, but three months is still fairly early in the healing process.

There's nothing specific you can do about this but hang in there and know that it will lessen with time. Be aware when going from summer outsides into air-conditioning. Try and bathe at a medium warm.
