Um, why do you keep posting your questions as polls? You aren't asking for answers that can be yes or no.
Tragus piercing can be a bit tricky to heal. It' s not really the size of the actual piece of cartilege, yes, you do have to have enough of that particular part of the ear to pierce.
Does how you sleep make you rest right on that part of your head? Do you wear those ear phones that are the little buds that go just at the opening of the ear canal? Getting the tragus pierced might make it so you can't do either. Actually, the tragus piercing makes any sort of headphone that rests against or fits inside the ear very tricky, so think about it. BTW, I'm speaking on that last part as someone who has both traguses pierced.
