Pineapple casserole


1 (20.00 ounces) can chunk pineapple, drained (save the juice)
1 cup grated cheese
� cup melted margarine
� cup sugar
� cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup crushed Ritz cracker
1. Pour drained pineapple into baking dish.
2. Mix sugar, pineapple juice and flour.
3. Pour over pineapple and stir.
4. Stir in grated cheese.
5. Mix crushed crackers with melted margarine and spread over cheese.
6. Bake at 350 � F 80 �C) for 30 minutes.
