ok i hope this helps you...over where the blue light is if you scan the area behind it, you can see a relflector with a small circle with what looks like foil handles, click on those handles, you will also see the dome shaped thing in the water, when you click it will turn, keep turning it til you see the light shine into the reflector, then you have to adjust all the other lights so they are reflecting the also.
