Anyone know how to get magic sphere's? I used the one that i needed to get Animea.

What was inside the chest doesn't matter.

Only that you did break the seal on the chest using the destruction sphere inside of the temple to find the chest and open it.

According to the walkthrough you're most likely missing Djose. Go back to Djose and work the puzzle again, using the destruction sphere to find the hidden chest.

Thanks alot went back and did it again i didn't see the glaph glowing on the wall before.
