well yes but now i have to do all the missions over again....

Cheats dont affect owt appart from getting 100% ya dont have to start over there may be something else lika a side mission i cant remember long time since i played it.

I also got nearly the same problem with first boat-trip mission at the cubanianss ... It startet when the voices disapeard, and when I should jump over the island with the speadboat to collect a spot - it did not respond.
at last I only saved the game - and restarted my console - then everything worked perfect.
