BellaOnline Forums Computers Computer - Console Gaming Help need help- FFX City of Dying Dreams

FFX is my first foray into video games.. and I'm stuck! I am inside sin, just beat seymour for the last time, and now am in the City of Dying Dreams. Apparently, I must cross this deep pit (with a chest at the bottom). There is no way across. Where I am standing, pillars shoot up when I move near them. I've tried pushing those pillars towards the pit, but no luck. I'm super frustrated... can anyone help me? (I've been working on this for almost an hour!)

I aint too sure on this now but dat pit u tink u hav 2 cross, u cant, ur not ment 2! there shud be another exit to dat area and as far as i can remember its at the top of the area! theres a way of gettin down to the chest doe, there shud be entrance a little futher back dat u slid down and end up in the pit. U can climb bak out again which shud put u on the other side.
