BellaOnline Forums Computers Computer - Console Gaming Help To Cheat or Not to Cheat?? GTA: SA

I have a couple of questions about using the cheats in GTA: SA. How big of a deal is it to use the health and weapon cheat in the game ( and save the game after using the cheat)? I haven't really noticed anything yet. I've got to where the casino area is now opened. Please don't tell me that using the cheats is cheating myself, I realize that, what I really would like to know is it going to affect any missions to come (i.e. skip certain missions, not allow other missions to be unlocked, etc.) I am contemplating a fresh start on the whole thing.

I was using cheats till i decided to start a new game and i nearly completed the game it didnt affect me in any way.I dont think they affect anything unless u use any spawn vehcile cheats they affects the game totally.

They warn you that cheats may "MAY" damage your game! I used cheats and couldn't unlock the wang cars! Be careful! or You'll end up start a whole new game!

But i'm having much more fun trying to pass the missions without cheating! Besides your character's skills improve much faster, since you have to drive more, swim more, ride bike more often... and so on!

the only thing that the cheats should affect is that you can complete everything and it will say you have only got a 90 percent complete or some other number. however it is possible for it to cause other problems and that is why i save on two different files. but i think you should be okay and as for not unlocking the wang cars that may be a glitch in someones game.

Nah ya have to complete all the driving school missions in san fierro to get the eang cars.
