You don't need all the fiends in all the areas.. In fact, you don't need any from Inside Sin, or from the Omega dungeons... I got Auron's Sigil just by starting at Besaid, and retracing my pilgramage. (you should have already got all the fiends from Gagazet, so when you reach the Calm Lands, you'll have them all)
